About Jenny Imhoff
My mission is to help people live fruitful and fulfilling lives by doing meaningful work that makes a difference. I believe your influence outlives you, so it’s important to discover your purpose so that you can make intentional decisions about what your influence “footprint” will look like.
The most important thing to me is to help others know their value and live in victory. The second most important thing to me is to help others discover their unique difference and encourage them to go out into the world and MAKE a difference.
Over the past 25+ years, I have been honored to work in several roles across various industries from ministry to manufacturing to sales to surgery. Wherever I went, one thing was the same. People want to be understood, appreciated, and valued for the innovation and creativity that they bring to the workplace, strengths which may or may not have anything to do with their job description. My passion to help others achieve peace in their work, home life, and relationships stems from my own struggles and disappointments. I have learned that it’s important to find your people and enjoy your work, but it’s equally important to find yourself and do work that feeds your soul and nourishes those around you.
I am blessed with a wonderful husband of 14 years, and many nieces and nephews that bring me joy. I am inspired by the legacy left by my grandmother and parents. And I strive to lead the legacy I am meant to leave.
I am by nature an educator and encourager. When I’m not working, you can find me curled up with a good book and a chai latte.
